Qualifications

• 5+ years in full cycle implementation and support projects
• 5+ years designing and configuring PM modules
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects
• Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively
• Must be results oriented with adaptability and resourcefulness
• Year of experience required: 7-10 years

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM
• Analyze complex business process requirements and document customer needs
• Lead workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client requirements to processes and modify SAP PM accordingly
• Design, customize, configure and test SAP PM
• Identify gaps and propose workarounds
• Liaise with client to troubleshoot software issues
• Manage changes or transports for high priority issues
• Document functional designs, test cases and results
• Proactively propose business process or system enhancements
• Provide consulting on new implementations and existing support
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support
• Work independently and mentor junior staff
