AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. in Taguig City, Metro Manila seeks a seasoned SAP Master Data Management Lead Consultant to design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions within SAP environments. You will guide clients through governance challenges, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.

The role requires 7–10+ years in SAP MDM consulting, strong data mapping and ETL expertise, and the ability to lead complex projects from discovery to go-live while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years in SAP master data management consulting or implementation roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP MDM modules, including data governance, data quality management and integration.
• Deep understanding of master data concepts including customer, supplier, product and material master data management.
• Strong experience with data mapping, data cleansing tools and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from discovery through to successful implementation and go-live.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP system architecture and how MDM integrates with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Relevant SAP certifications (such as SAP MDM certification) highly preferred.
• Professional certifications in data management or related fields would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of master data management solutions within SAP environments for multiple client engagements.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client data landscapes and identify opportunities for improvement in data governance and quality.
• Develop and document master data management strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Manage data cleansing, enrichment and migration activities to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Provide technical guidance on SAP MDM (Master Data Management) modules, including configuration and best practices.
• Mentor and oversee junior consultants, ensuring delivery of quality solutions and knowledge transfer.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate complex data concepts to technical and business teams.
• Develop and deliver training programmes to ensure client teams can effectively manage and maintain master data.
• Stay current with SAP MDM developments and industry best practices, bringing innovative solutions to client challenges.
