Qualifications

• Senior SAP background with hands-on design, implementation and support of SAP landscapes; S/4HANA migrations a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years SAP experience with at least 3+ years in a people leadership or delivery lead role.
• Experience managing SAP resources, business analysts and development teams.
• Strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies; hybrid waterfall/Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication; ability to make decisions under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a cross-functional SAP team including consultants, analysts and developers.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP projects and enhancements; ensure timelines, quality and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day resource allocation, capacity planning and workload forecasting.
• Apply Agile delivery frameworks and coordinate with Agile coaches.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and executives; provide status reporting and impact analysis.
• Define solution approach and participate in design/architecture reviews.
• Own vendor coordination and governance; manage external suppliers and SLAs.
• Monitor project budgets and financials; make trade-off decisions to protect delivery.
• Establish and track delivery KPIs and lead continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational readiness and handover to support; promote change control and security processes.
