Job summary

Deloitte SEA in Manila seeks a seasoned SAP lead to join our WorldImpact initiatives, delivering 2nd/3rd line AMS support and SAP implementations. You will partner with business and IT teams, drive root-cause analyses, and guide end-to-end solution design to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires 6–10 years of SAP MM/FI experience, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate across clients and internal teams, including travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business information systems, business, engineering, mathematics or related disciplines.
• 6–10 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support/lead.
• Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms; ability to work in Agile or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level AMS support for escalated issues, perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes with timely communication to stakeholders.
• Contribute to high-level solution design, perform effort estimates, and ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Maintain documentation per firm standards and procedures.
• Support project teams in delivering SAP application solutions and client communications.
