Job summary

EY Technology Consulting – SAP ABAP Senior Consultant (Nihongo Speaker) is seeking a senior professional to lead SAP ABAP development and implementation across global clients. You will guide technical design, coding, testing, and training, collaborating with onshore, offshore, and client teams.

The role requires strong ABAP skills, CDS/AMDP, BAPI, OOPS, and SAP notes implementation, with willingness to travel onsite as needed and proficiency in Japanese (N3).

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of SAP ABAP experience.
• Experience in at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Onsite-offshore delivery experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in ABAP development, OOPS, BAPI, and new enhancement framework.
• Hands-on with ABAP on HANA and SAP-ABAP Workflow/Flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and support for SAP engagements.
• Gather business requirements with users and consultants.
• Develop technical design and documentation; ensure coding standards.
• Provide unit tests, trainings, and client-facing troubleshooting.
• Support incidents in SLA-driven environments and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.
