Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. in the Philippines seeks a senior Salesforce Administrator to own and support Salesforce across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

You will partner with the business on data, reporting, and improvements, keeping the platform stable, secure, and evolving with internal capabilities. Responsibilities include admin ownership, user management, sandboxes and deployments, data quality, dashboards, and backlog management in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce admin and delivery roles with hands-on experience.
• Strong Flow skills and solid understanding of Salesforce security and data model.
• Production experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Familiar with integrations (APIs) and data movement concepts.
• Experience deploying changes from sandbox to production using a repeatable approach.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration and ownership.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and security model.
• Maintain sandboxes, deployments, and a predictable release process.
• Monitor performance, data hygiene, and access controls.
• Build automation using Flow, validation rules, assignments, approvals, and record types.
• Configure Service Cloud case management: queues, routing, SLAs, and Knowledge.
• Support Sales Cloud processes: lead flow, opportunity stages, pipeline hygiene, forecasting.
• Develop enhancements with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Own data quality routines and build reports/dashboards for stakeholders.
• Run internal support triage and coordinate with Salesforce Support or vendors.
• Translate needs into user stories and maintain backlog in Azure DevOps.
• Produce admin runbooks and training materials.
