You will mentor juniors, ensure scalable, high-quality apps, and collaborate with clients to translate requirements into technical designs. The role emphasizes hands-on development with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning, plus exposure to FSL, data migration, and REST/Web Services integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4-8 years IT experience with hands-on Salesforce development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Significant experience with Salesforce platform and its customization/deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce apps based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
• Develop using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Configure and support Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Create Apex triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, test classes, and web services.
• Integrate via REST APIs and other Salesforce integration tech.
• Participate in data migration, loading, transformation, cleansing, and management.
• Apply best practices for code quality, modularity, and version control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project deliverables.
• Support testing and deployment activities.
