Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. You will develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Flow, Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Controllers; implement Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud; and design integrations with external systems.

This role also involves configuring objects, fields, workflows, and permissions, supporting Lead and Opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related management field.
• 5–7 years Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on development experience with Flow, Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Controllers.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with integrations to external systems.
• Strong configuration and customization skills; ability to design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and Opportunity Management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Flow, Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Controllers.
• Implement and support Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, and other platform features.
• Develop solutions to support Lead Management and Opportunity Management processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Provide ongoing production support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions follow development, security, performance, and data management best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and development activities.
• Support the deployment of Salesforce changes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform features, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve existing solutions.
