Job summary

Mastek Limited is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer with 7–10 years of experience to design and deploy enterprise-grade Salesforce and Data Cloud solutions. You will work across APIs, events, and data platforms, ensuring secure access and scalable integrations with GCP services.

You will collaborate with product, security, and data teams to deliver resilient architectures, while applying modern data engineering practices and CI/CD improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce components and integrations.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud, IAM/security, and data integration patterns.
• Experience with GCP data services and modern data engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, applications and integrations.
• Architect scalable Salesforce and Data Cloud solutions translating business requirements into designs.
• Design data integrations across Salesforce, Data Cloud, GCP and enterprise platforms.
• Define IAM, authentication, and authorization patterns governing security and access.
• Implement data protection, encryption, tokenization, and data masking.
• Design and integrate GCP data solutions using BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc.
• Apply ETL/ELT best practices, data modeling, quality, governance and cost optimization.
• Perform code and architecture reviews, promote CI/CD and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Architecture and Data teams to drive solutions.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce/Data Cloud capabilities for enterprise adoption.
