The Senior Sales Coordinator is central to how Cleancorp wins and delivers sales of our cleaning services. You sit between the customer, our internal team and our service partners, keeping every moving part connected and moving forward.
This is not an order-taking role, and it is not a quiet admin job. You will think strategically, spot the things we do repeatedly, and find smarter, simpler and more automated ways to do them. You will work closely with everyone in the sales team to prepare tender and proposal documentation, pick up the phone and make things happen, and use our systems (especially Salesforce) and AI tools every single day to work faster and sharper.
We are looking for an experienced go-getter with real get up and go.
You're someone who has worked in the trenches, not fresh out of university. The kind of person who looks at how we work and says, “let me have a look at that, I can find a better way”, and then goes and does it. You will thrive here if you see what needs doing and go and get it done, and you can juggle many things at once without dropping a single one.
Is This You?
This role is for you if…
- You see a clunky or outdated process, and you can't help wanting to fix it.
- You'd rather spend an hour automating a task than do it by hand fifty times.
- You'll pick up the phone and sort something out before you send a third email.
- You own the detail and take pride in getting it right.
- You bring ideas and solutions to the table, not just questions.
- You can juggle a lot of different things at the same time and still make sure everything gets followed up and done.
It's not for you if…
It's not for you if…
- You want a quiet, predictable admin role.
- You wait to be told what to do next, or need every small thing spelled out for you.
- “That's not my job” is a phrase you use.
- You'd rather keep doing it the old way than learn a better one.
Your First 90 Days
In your first 90 days, we'll back you to find one thing we do every single week that a computer should be doing and automate it. You'll get to know our customers, our service partners and Salesforce inside out, ensure that the weekly and monthly reporting is 100% up to date and prepared for the National Sales Manager, and start spotting where the sales team as a whole, can work smarter. That's the kind of thinking this role is built for.
Sales Coordination & Delivery (one-off sales)
- Own the coordination of one-off sales jobs from first enquiry to completion, keeping the customer, our team and our service partners aligned and informed.
- Be the person who keeps every job moving. Chase what's needed, clear blockers and follow through until it's done.
- Turn quotes and jobs around quickly and accurately for prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate service partners to deliver one-off works on time and to standard.
Tenders, Proposals & Sales Support
- Work with the sales team to prepare tender documentation, templated and bespoke, to a very high standard of accuracy and presentation.
- Prepare sharp, well-presented sales proposals and presentations.
- Make outbound calls to follow up leads, website activity and quotes, and convert interest into booked work.
- Keep the sales pipeline accurate and current, with every opportunity and follow-up action recorded correctly in Salesforce.
Design & Brand Support
- If applicable, you will use your graphic design skills to lift the presentation of proposals, tenders, presentations and sales collateral, keeping everything on-brand.
- Help produce polished, consistent documents that reflect the Cleancorp brand in the market.
Systems, Process & Automation
- Own the accuracy of customer and pipeline data in Salesforce. If the sales team fall behind in data, you're watching to help keep the sales department on track.
- Constantly look at repetitive tasks and ask, “can this be automated or made simpler for the sales team?”, then build or propose the better way.
- Use AI tools daily to draft, research, analyse and speed up your work.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare the weekly sales meeting report and the monthly sales report for the National Sales Manager, pulling the numbers out of Salesforce and turning them into a clear, accurate story the NSM can share and the team can act on.
- Pull insights and trends from the data that help the sales team make faster, fact-based decisions.
General
- Record and distribute sales meeting minutes and track action items with the sales team, through to completion.
- Book sales appointments and coordinate diaries and travel for the sales team.
- Diary support for the National Sales Manager, and General Manager as required.

- The National Sales Manager's weekly and monthly sales dashboards prepared accurately and on time, with no missing data or errors in Salesforce.
- 100% accuracy across Salesforce, tenders and proposals for the sales team. No detail missed.
- Repetitive processes identified and automated or simplified, giving the team time back.
- Fast, accurate, persuasive quotes and proposals that help win work.
- Well-designed, on-brand sales and proposal documents.
- A sales pipeline that is always current and reliable, and most importantly – accurate.
