We’re seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Strategist who can blend analytical precision with creative vision to drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining our market position, steering integrated campaigns, and unlocking new revenue potential. Prepares marketing strategies to be used to achieve goals and quotas - Defines and executes marketing and sales strategy aligned with company vision, project pipeline, and revenue targets
Conducts market research (property demand, buyer preferences, competitor analysis, pricing trends, interest rate environment).
Leads branding, advertising, and promotions (digital, print, billboards, events)
Analyzes and reports on the ROI and overall effectiveness of products, marketing initiatives and promotions
Directs and coordinates the marketing communication efforts for the company, including press activities, sales materials, trade conferences and the company website
Develops and manages marketing budgets and oversees the development and management of internal operating budgets
Oversees digital marketing strategy; website, social media, SEO, paid ads, property portals (Lamudi, DotProperty, FB Marketplace)
Ensures marketing collaterals (brochures, renderings, videos, virtual tours) are consistent and professional
Utilizes the NOAH system for tracking leads, nurturing prospects, and engaging buyers post-sale
Maintains strong ties with clients, OFWs, investors, banks, and corporate accounts
Ensures customer satisfaction, handles escalated concerns, and strengthens brand reputation
Works with the Finance, Accounting and Loans teams (for pricing models, amortization schemes, and bank financing tie-ups)
Collaborates with the Operations Department and N.S. Mangio Associates, Architects (to align features and amenities with market demand)
