Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-booking process for ROPA, including document review prior to system entry.
• Prepare pricing and sales approval memoranda.
• Process billings related to ROPA suppliers and partners.
• Receive and evaluate repossession documents from the Collections team.
• Monitor and manage inventory of repossessed vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sales partners.
