Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an SEO Specialist to independently manage client accounts from initial research through campaign execution and reporting. You will conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and implement technical and on-page SEO improvements across WordPress sites for diverse clients from the Philippines.

Leveraging GA4, GSC, and GTM, you’ll optimize content, structure, and local SEO while coordinating with developers and content teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Strong Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console knowledge.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and WordPress SEO tools.
• HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript understood.
• Able to explain SEO concepts clearly to clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to shape strategies.
• Optimize content, meta tags, and internal linking, including schema.
• Resolve technical SEO issues with development teams.
• Develop content calendars and briefs for SEO-ready content.
• Execute ethical link-building and manage local SEO.
• Manage multiple campaigns with timelines and growth opportunities.
• Track performance with GA4 and Google Search Console; report insights.
• Main client contact for SEO strategy reviews and updates.
