Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for high-volume hiring needs

  • Build, maintain, and engage candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies and platforms

  • Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring targets

  • Conduct initial screening and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Maintain compliance with recruitment standards, company policies, and labor laws

  • Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to drive continuous improvement

  • Support recruitment projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications
  • College graduate

  • 4–6 years of total professional experience, including 2–3 years specializing in high-volume sourcing and corporate recruitment, or with relevant equivalent experience

  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Solid understanding of sourcing systems, recruitment tools, and processes

  • Good grasp of local labor laws and statutory requirements

  • People- and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
