Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an experienced Front-End Developer focused on React.js to build and maintain responsive web applications. You will create reusable components, manage state with modern tools, and integrate with REST APIs.

You should have 4+ years of hands-on React experience, proficiency with hooks, and familiarity with Redux/Redux Toolkit and build tools like Vite or Webpack. Strong communication and collaboration will be essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Front-End/Web Development experience with React.js
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern development practices
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks and component-based development
• Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit or other state-management frameworks
• Strong understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of Git and version-control workflows
• Experience with front-end build tools such as Vite or Webpack

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
• Build reusable and scalable React components using modern development practices
• Implement application functionality using React Hooks, including useState, useEffect, useContext, and custom Hooks
• Manage application state using Redux/Redux Toolkit or Context API
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability
• Implement form validation, error handling, loading states, and user interactions
