We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer to lead project quality activities in one of our Philippine sites, ensuring robust quality plans, audits, and documentation, while fostering a culture of quality across teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• With at least 8-10 years business experience as documentation and QA/QC lead engineer in EPC, electrical, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field and holder of a valid PRC license is preferred.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and control within construction, engineering, or energy industries, focusing on utility infrastructure or rail projects.
• Experience in infrastructure projects in the Middle East or Asia Pacific regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust Project Quality Plan aligned with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with SCM to ensure QA requirements are understood and followed by suppliers and sub-suppliers.
• Conduct project and site quality audits and follow up on non-conformities.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test records, and NCRs.
• Provide training on quality processes to project teams and promote quality culture.
• Register and track project correspondences, MoMs, drawings, and submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants and site lead for inspection meetings and issue closures.
• Review subcontractor QA/QC requirements and issue completion certificates.
• Monitor calibration certificates and ensure testing equipment is compliant.
• Drive continuous improvements within the Quality Management System.
