Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Senior QA Engineer to join our Credit Technology team. You will ensure quality and reliability of backend trading systems, APIs, and UI applications through manual and automated testing, validating end-to-end trade workflows across multiple services in an Agile environment.

This role emphasizes automation while maintaining hands-on testing, debugging, and defect analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer in backend/service-oriented systems.
• Proficient in OO programming (C# preferred) and scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Adept at test automation, end-to-end testing, and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across backend services, APIs, and UI applications.
• Validate end-to-end trade lifecycle workflows across multiple systems.
• Perform a mix of manual exploratory testing for complex scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression and integration tests; automate where possible.
• Collaborate with global teams for test planning and design.
• Mentor team members to uplift quality and delivery.
