Responsibilities

• Lead brand and design-led initiatives, projects, and programs in interior design and architecture
• Demonstrate curiosity and the ability to synthesize insights in response to a dynamic and competitive marketplace
• Manage cross-functional design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality in-store graphics and interior design solutions
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Requirements

• Graduate of Graphics, Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia, or Communications
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in leadership roles within a design or brand agency, handling graphics and interior design for in-store premises
• Proficiency in project and program management tools such as Asana, MS Project, and Smartsheet
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Design thinking practice training/certifications (e.g., IDEOU, LUMA) is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City under a hybrid setup
