Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Science or related field.
• Minimum years of project management experience in large public buildings or healthcare facilities.
• Experience coordinating wayfinding, interior design, or landscape design workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design coordination and site management across all build phases.
• Lead regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure conformance with drawings and schedules.
• Facilitate design reviews with clinical/operational users and translate requirements for consultants.
• Manage documentation, milestones, and change requests; oversee space planning layouts.
• Oversee commissioning, operational readiness, and activation of wayfinding systems.
