Job summary

Fluor Daniel Inc. - Philippines is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to plan and execute controls for large projects. You will lead a team of Project Controls specialists and coordinate with client representatives and Fluor management.

The role involves developing baselines, tracking performance, and guiding mitigation strategies, with potential international travel for assignments. This is a leadership position within a global engineering firm, offering mentorship and growth

Qualifications

4-year degree and 15 years of work experience, or 19 years if non-degreed.
Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job.
Ability to learn and apply local statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Plan and organize the setup of baselines in Fluor’s project controls system and track against baseline.
Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baselines.
Provide technical and administrative direction to a team of Project Controls specialists.
Analyze variances in cost and schedule and communicate mitigation plans.
Supervise the implementation of controls.
