Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines seeks a lead programmer to guide data-centric studies in the clinical trials domain, coordinating with project leaders and client representatives to set goals and timelines. You will independently design, execute, maintain, and validate programs that transfer data across multiple management systems, while mentoring teammates and delivering high‑quality results.

Strong knowledge of relational databases, programming languages, data management, and pharmaceutical data

Qualifications

MS/MA degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field and at least 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
At least 5 years of experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job requirements
Solid understanding of one or more programming languages
Capable of training and mentoring others
Strong understanding of relational database structure and complex data systems
Comprehensive problem solving and innovative skills
Solid written and verbal communications skills to effectively interface with teams and clients
