Job summary

TASQ in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction programs across multiple categories, from development kickoff to production ramp-up and launch. You will coordinate Product Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and risk governance.

The role also includes mentoring Project Coordinators and growing the PH team to five.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from kickoff to launch.
• Coordinate across Product Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Maintain schedules, dashboards, KPIs for timeline, cost, readiness, and risk; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure transparent governance with robust schedules and communications of risks, decisions, and progress.
• Manage multiple concurrent NPIs and mentor Project Coordinators, guiding prioritization and outcomes.

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am - 3pm; Fixed weekends off

Non-negotiable Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Program Manager experience
• Able to handle multiple teams all at once
• With prior experience with compliance and performance management
• Knowledge in tech products
• BPO experience with B2B experience in the US Market
• Strong English communication skills
• Okay with growing his/her team – only 5 team members in the PH to date

Duties and Responsibilities:

New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs across various product categories, from development kickoff to production ramp-up and launch.
• Convert Product Management requirements and PRDs into clear program plans with defined scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Serve as the single-threaded leader ensuring program delivery by coordinating Product Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Drive accountability and influence outcomes using data-driven decisions and governance, without formal authority.

Risk, Issue, and Change Management:

• Maintain integrated schedules, dashboards, and KPIs focused on timeline, cost, readiness, and risk.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, decisions needed, and progress.

Program Governance and Communication:

• Ensure transparent program oversight through robust schedules, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Effectively communicate critical risks, decisions, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Portfolio Contribution:

• Manage multiple concurrent NPI programs of varying complexity and stages.
• Mentor Project Coordinators, guiding prioritization and providing context while owning program outcomes.
