Ethixbase360 is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the product backlog and delivery outcomes across multiple products and platforms. You will translate strategy into a prioritised roadmap and actionable requirements, balancing client commitments, technical health and new capabilities while mentoring other Product Owners.

You will drive discovery, define success metrics and partner with Product, UX, Development, AI & Data, Client Success and Support teams to raise the standard of product

• Proven ability to gather and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements.
• Experience in prioritising product backlogs with trade-off decisions.
• Ability to align stakeholders with a coherent product strategy.

• Own the gathering, documentation and validation of business and user requirements for product areas.
• Define epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide engineering work.
• Translate compliance and due diligence needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Prioritise product backlog and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning with teams for Definition of Ready.
• Coordinate dependencies across squads and locations and manage release planning.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate roadmaps and risks.
• Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability from discovery to release.
• Lead pre/post-release enablement for internal teams with clear documentation.
