Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner for the DEX 3 Practice to lead customer roadmaps and backlog for Digital Employee Experience engagements.

You will translate business priorities into actionable work and ensure the team delivers measurable value across accounts. The role requires collaborating with Architects, Platform Engineers, and Automation Engineers, owning the operating cadence, and driving executive reviews to demonstrate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in product ownership or related customer-facing technology role.
• Experience translating customer priorities into roadmaps, epics, and backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the DEX roadmap and prioritized backlog for assigned accounts.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and planning discussions with stakeholders.
• Translate objectives and feedback into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive value realization by tracking outcomes and reporting to executives.
