Job description

Overview: We’re seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer with a strong background across industries such as Food & Beverage, Technology, Manufacturing, and Logistics. This role is key in optimizing operations, eliminating inefficiencies, and leading continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process mapping across business functions; document current processes and identify areas for improvement

• Develop clear, concise, and compliant procedure documentation

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and observation

• Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and resource use

• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and other departments to align improvements

• Establish and monitor KPIs; report progress to leadership

• Promote a continuous improvement culture and mentor team members on methodologies

• Create business cases for process changes, including cost-benefit and risk assessments

• Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or similar roles with a proven record of successful initiatives

• Proficient in process mapping (SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping), professional documentation, and root cause analysis

• Strong project management and multitasking capabilities

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred)

• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

• Exposure to automation tools (RPA, UiPath, N8N), AI applications, and restaurant systems

• Experience in supply chain processes and conducting IT, cybersecurity, and operational audits

• Skilled in Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, Signavio, Excel, Minitab, Tableau

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s is a plus)
