Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to bridge data and business leadership. You will design, optimize, and secure enterprise-grade data models powering executive decisions, while collaborating in Agile sprints with stakeholders for rapid, high-quality results.

You will craft executive dashboards, operational reports, and financial scorecards, and you will implement robust data security to ensure proper access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.
• 3+ years in Microsoft Azure data ecosystem (preferred).
• Proven experience supporting executive-level dashboards and financial/operational reporting.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development team.

Responsibilities

• Design & Build high-impact executive dashboards, operational reports, and financial scorecards optimized for both desktop and mobile layouts.
• Model & Optimize: Build clean Star Schemas (Fact/Dimension tables), manage complex calculations, and optimize performance for massive datasets (100M+ rows).
• Code & Query: Write advanced, highly optimized SQL queries (using CTEs, window functions, and stored procedures) to prepare, validate, and clean incoming data.
• Secure Data: Implement robust Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) to ensure the right people see the right data.
• Collaborate & Translate: Sit down with business leaders to understand their goals, translate those needs into technical solutions, and present finished reports to leadership.
