Transcom in Pasig is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and implement cloud‑based solutions, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive robust integration across systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Platform or Cloud Engineering, deep knowledge of at least one cloud platform (GCP/AWS/Azure), strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. A collaborative, DevOps‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform or Cloud Engineer.
• Expertise in cloud concepts with one major platform (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience designing complex integrations with 3rd party software and cloud tech.
• Strong technical leadership and experience guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Certification such as Google Cloud Professional certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with cloud/DevOps trends.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, with expertise in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing complex integration solutions involving 3rd party software and cloud technologies
• Extensive experience in technical leadership roles, with the ability to foster collaboration and guide cross‑functional teams
• Certification in relevant areas such as Google Cloud Professional certification or equivalent
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to technical challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile software development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, integration, DevOps and DevSecOps practices
