Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in developing PHP-based web applications.
• Proficient knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with popular PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and project management tools.
• HRIS Experience working with API on SSS, PAGIBIG PRN Generators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code to develop new features and enhancements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimise performance, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our web applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP frameworks, libraries, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.
