Job summary

Nexaminds is seeking a Senior PHP Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems powering our applications, using PHP and modern frameworks.

The role requires deep PHP expertise, solid OOP and design pattern knowledge, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PHP, proficiency with Laravel or Symfony, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Proficient with PHP, MySQL, Unit Testing, Vue, Javascript, HTML.
• Strong experience with a modern PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, Zend, etc.).
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

You should have deep expertise in PHP and a strong understanding of modern frameworks, best practices, and scalable architectures.
