Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, nursing, public health, epidemiology, regulatory affairs, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, epidemiology, risk management, scientific consulting, regulatory affairs, or a related field required.
• Certification in pharmacovigilance, drug safety preferred.
• Certification in regulatory affairs, clinical safety preferred.
• Certification in quality management, auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers pharmacovigilance services and safety surveillance within defined scope, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinates case processing, reporting, and handoffs to ensure timely, compliant safety deliverables.
• Analyzes safety data, literature, and other information to support signal detection and client recommendations.
• Supports development of risk management and regulatory documentation across the product lifecycle.
• Proposes improvements to procedures to enhance quality and reduce rework.
• Facilitates coordination with client stakeholders and internal partners.
• Guides less-experienced professionals in applying standards and templates.
