Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Pen Tester to perform security assessments across embedded devices and cloud services, interfacing with engineering to remediate findings. The role requires hands-on testing, threat modeling, and clear communication of risks within a global security program.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product security, strong knowledge of cryptography and security testing tools, and a proven ability to mentor peers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering is highly desirable.
• CISSP or OSWE certifications preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in information, application and embedded product security.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography and authentication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security evaluations of embedded systems, mobile and web apps.
• Research new vulnerabilities to enhance capabilities.
• Create detailed reports and proof-of-concept code documenting findings.
• Lead testing activities and mentor junior resources.
