Citco in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator to lead the deployment, optimization and security of OCI IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services. You will collaborate with global IT teams to ensure robust disaster recovery, cost controls, and compliant IAM configurations, while driving best practices across the OCI stack.

The role requires 5+ years in OCI, strong Terraform and CI/CD skills, and proven Linux admin capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Cloud Infrastructure Admin role in OCI.
• Administrating ATP, OIC, Fusion ERP/HCM/EPM Services.
• Configuring OCI Backups and Object Storage.
• Configuring OCI Logging Analytics and monitoring.
• OCI security, Identity and Access Management, and cost analysis.
• Linux Administration (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Minimum 3+ years of Terraform experience with scripting.
• CI/CD experience using Git and Jenkins; DevOps lifecycle best practices.

As a core member of our Group IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

As a core member of our Group IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to bring our recently launched Oracle Fusion Finance and HCM to full optimization. The ideally candidate, will have worked directly on a Cloud Fusion Project and can bring this experience with them.

• You will implement and manage all Oracle Cloud Infrastructure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services


• Work closely with many teams in the global IT Department, including System Administration, Software Development, Network Security and DBA’s to support PaaS/IaaS/SaaS


• Manage Backup and DR Strategies using Object Storage, Oracle Manages Backups and Autonomous Data Guard


• Manage Network and user Security groups, IAM and compartments


• Monitor all services access, availability, performance, and usage


• Configure, Manage, Audit and Alert on the Security of the OCI environment


• Implement Best Practices for PaaS services lifecycle


• Write technical specifications, based on technical design discussions.

About You:

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field


• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Cloud Infrastructure Admin in OCI

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Terraform
  
  
  
  • Writing and modifying Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and for managing OCI Infrastructure.
  
  
  • Implementing best practices for Development Lifecyle for Dev, Test, UAT and Prod Services.
  
  
  • Implementing VCN, Subnet, Route rules and Network Security Groups
  
  
  
  


• Minimum 2+ years of experience in CI/CD
  
  
  
  • PowerShell, Bash or other scripting languages
  
  
  • CI/CDusing Git, Jenkins
  
  
  
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
