Job summary

Tala, a global AI-native credit infrastructure company, is seeking a Senior Operational Intelligence Lead in a remote-first setup with hubs in Manila, Santa Monica, Nairobi, Mexico City and Bangalore. You will transform workforce management into a unified, data-driven Control Tower and drive real-time decisioning across Customer Care and Recoveries.

You will lead analytics, develop Looker/Snowflake dashboards, and mentor a team of Real-Time Analysts to optimize scheduling, pacing, and resource

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in WFM/Analytics with strong SQL and BI tooling.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams under pressure.
• Ability to translate data into business impact and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a real-time Control Tower for staffing, pacing and channel priority.
• Oversee automated dashboards to create a single source of truth for CCR metrics.
• Direct dialer optimization to align segmentation and pacing with recovery targets.
• Deliver executive-ready briefs for Site Director and Global Heads.
• Mentor Real-Time Analysts and Performance Specialists in SQL and data viz.
• Partner with CCR Analytics and Product to close performance gaps.
