Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience in selling non-life insurance or HMO/Medical.
• Background in customer service and client relationship management.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging prospective clients and promoting non-life insurance products.
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing.
• Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
