Qualifications

• 5+ years of C#/.NET development experience
• Expertise with Microsoft technologies and .NET
• 5+ years of problem-solving experience
• Experience evaluating new libraries/frameworks

Responsibilities

• Experiment with new libraries and frameworks
• Define technical, operational and user requirements; design architecture and implement the solution
• Improve code quality consistently
• Communicate business requirements to clients
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Distribute workload to team members effectively
• Understand full project scope and provide best development, testing and maintenance suggestions
• Lead a team through simple to complex tasks
• Perform regular code reviews
• Write and run complex tests
