MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned .NET CMS Tech Lead to architect and deliver enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. You will mentor engineers, drive solution design, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core or .NET Core.
• Experience with an enterprise .NET CMS such as Sitecore, Kentico, or Optimizely.
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.
• Experience building scalable web apps, RESTful APIs, and enterprise software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching, promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and requirements.
• Drive technical delivery from architecture through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Participate in discovery, solution design, estimation, and pre-sales engagements.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Promote engineering excellence by improving development standards and processes.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend outcomes aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and advise on performance and architecture.
