Job summary

Wipro is looking for a skilled MuleSoft Engineer to join our integration team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable API and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, with a focus on OMS integrations in e-commerce or supply chain domains.

You will collaborate with business and tech teams, follow secure, performant patterns, participate in Agile sprints, and contribute to API lifecycle management including versioning and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience integrating OMS platforms (Salesforce OMS, SAP, Oracle OTM).
• Strong REST and SOAP API design.
• CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket, Git, Maven.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, JWT and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and convert them into integration solutions.
• Implement and support integrations between internal systems, external partners, and OMS platforms such as Salesforce Order Management, SAP, or others.
• Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
• Monitor integration errors, system alerts, and failures; proactively identify issues and work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve them.
• Contribute to API lifecycle management, including versioning, governance, and documentation.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
