Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is looking for experienced Motion Graphic Designers to join a pioneering team in Manila. You will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D models, animations, and storyboards for one of the world's most recognizable brands.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in digital design, strong skills in Adobe Suite and 3D modelling. An attractive compensation package and benefits including HMO from day one, 20 days leave, and regular team activities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in digital design or a studio/agency environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design trends and innovation.
• Experience working for a sportsbook in the US or Australian market is highly regarded.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Motion Graphic Designers to create 2D, 3D models, animations, graphics, and storyboards for one of the world's most recognizable brands building their pioneer team in Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Create 2D, 3D models, animations, graphics, and storyboards
• Develop motion graphics and edit video content
• Select and mix sound for video projects
• Produce visuals that drive engagement and align with each channel's best practices and resonate with diverse audiences
• Contribute ideas during creative concept development

About you

• 5+ years' experience in digital design or a studio/agency environment
• Strong skills in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong skills in Figma
• Strong skills in 3D modelling and animation (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, typography, and layout
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design trends and innovation
• Minimum of 5 years' experience across motion graphic design and 2D, 3D models
• Experience working for a sportsbook in the US or Australian market highly regarded
