Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines in Manila is seeking an Enterprise Applications Consultant to support NAV or D365 BC supply chain projects, engage in lifecycle activities from scoping to post go-live, and help design and configure business processes.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing user documentation, and providing technical guidance across project lifecycles to ensure smooth delivery and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• Enterprise application-specific certifications preferred.
• Certification in one functional area of application.

Responsibilities

• Develops skills and knowledge as an Enterprise Applications Consultant.
• Engages in delivery projects, supporting the lifecycle of enterprise application projects.
• Assists with the execution of functional testing of less complex assigned applications.
• Participates in discussions around process design and configuration.
• Maintains documentation, support system testing and authorizations.
• Maintains reports on project status and delivers progress reports.
• Assists with technical preparation of business process workflows and procedures.
• Assists with the preparation of end-user documentation and user manuals.
• Participates in process design workshops and configuration discussions.

Required experience

• Moderate level of demonstrated Enterprise Applications Consultant experience in Microsoft NAV or D365 Business Central Supply Chain
• Moderate level of demonstrated experience working across project lifecycles from scoping to post go-live.
• Moderate level of demonstrated experienced in providing technical guidance for the planning, design implementation of enterprise applications.
• Moderate level of demonstrated client engagement experience.
