Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior META Finance Support to oversee day-to-day finance operations for the META region. The role is hybrid, with in-office two days weekly, and supports supplier onboarding, P2P, and accounting activities.

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will ensure accurate coding to GL accounts, cost centres, currencies, and product groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance, accounts payable, administration, or business support role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supporting purchase-to-pay processes, including supplier payments and invoice processing.
• Confidence working with GL accounts, cost centres, and financial coding.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and adhering to established processes and controls.

What will you do as a Senior META Finance Support

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, your accountabilities will include:

• You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our META Sales Support Offices, ensuring financial activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and controls.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the region, you’ll facilitate supplier onboarding, purchase-to-pay activities, invoice payments, expense reporting, and financial record keeping. You’ll help ensure transactions are correctly coded to the appropriate GL accounts, cost centres, entities, currencies, and product groups, while supporting compliance, audit requirements, and process improvements.
• You’ll also act as a trusted finance contact, building strong relationships across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, and the wider business to help resolve issues and support the smooth running of finance operations across the META region.
