HRTX in Pasay is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital marketing, performance marketing, digital commerce, and retail media strategies. Build and execute end-to-end media plans, manage content and social programs, and ensure use of the right digital tools to deliver strong business results.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple digital platforms, leading cross-functional teams, and driving performance through data and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce and retail/FMCG segments is a plus.
• Strong data analytics and KPI-driven optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated digital marketing and media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Manage digital commerce initiatives such as TikTok Shop and online retail channels.
• Oversee content creation, social media campaigns, and affiliate programs.
• Create end-to-end media plans combining digital channels with above-the-line media.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using digital KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
