RISE is seeking a Senior Managed Services Engineer to deliver and operate our managed services portfolio, starting with Fortigate firewalls and expanding to SD‑WAN and security services. You will work within the Network Operations team on customer-premises and cloud-managed equipment, acting as senior escalation for managed services customers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands‑on network security engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years in managed services or MSSP environments.
• Fortigate (FortiOS) expertise essential; other vendors a plus.
• SD‑WAN deployment and operations experience.
• English communication skills for client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end firewall operations including provisioning, policy config, and health monitoring.
• Design and deploy SD‑WAN solutions; document designs and assist migrations.
• Serve as escalation point for managed services customers and perform post‑incident reviews.
• Support lab-testing and productising new managed service offerings.
• Create runbooks, templates, and SOPs; explore automation opportunities.
• Help governance, SLA reporting, and data security compliance.
