Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our Engineering team. You will perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, and certifications on Boeing 787 and Airbus A320 fleets, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, a valid license (GACA/EASA or other), and at least five years of maintenance experience with recent certifying activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including recent certifying experience within your licence category.
• Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent is required.
• GACA / EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License is required.
• Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III Type training (practical and theoretical) is required.
• Last five years maintenance experience records (logbook) stamped and signed by MRO/Operator QA.
• Recency letter from current and previous employers outlining scope of work and duration.
• Current and previous Certification Authorisations issued by Operators/MROs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting and certification on Boeing 787 and Airbus A320.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements and manufacturer documentation.
• Lead, supervise and coach maintenance personnel; support line maintenance operations.
• Promote a Just Culture and report incidents through the Safety Management System.
