Copeland Philippines, Inc is seeking a Forecasting & Demand Planning Analyst to provide analytical and data support for monthly planning cycles across exports and regional teams. You will work on orders, backlogs, forecast accuracy and beijer group data to inform strategic marketing decisions.

You will perform data gathering, manipulation and reporting, participate in forecast reviews, and help production planning with insights drawn from diverse datasets.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years in supply chain, engineering or manufacturing roles.
• 18–24 months handling Copeland products experience preferred.
• 2 years in product analysis and planning systems in industrial settings.
• Offshore service operations background is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic SQL.

Job Objective

To provide analytical and data support to Forecasting & Demand Planning Management, Regional Sales Team, and Vertical Team in a monthly cycle by providing current orders, backlogs, forecast and sales of Exports Air Conditioning, Export Refrigeration, Export Transport, Export Motors, and Cold Chain to be used for strategic planning and marketing purpose. To provide data support on Variable Speed & Modulation, Forecast Accuracy, Beijer Group Sales, Supplemental Sales, and CP Bonus Industrial Ref.

Main Duties – Analytics

Duties: Data Preparation, Data Analysis, Reporting / Presentation

Sub‑function: Data Gathering – Consolidates and standardizes data from different data sources Combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (excel, macro, OTHER database TOOLS) Apply basic calculation to summarize the gathered data into information for further analysis

Sub‑function: Data Manipulation – Cleans extracted data using pre‑defined guidelines or instructions. Formats extracted data based on expected report output. (multiple data formatting requirements) Creates histograms, charts, summaries as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better provide decision support to the Marketing and Sales Community Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information. (statistics) Analyze and interpret data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics, comparative analysis)

Sub‑function: Data Analysis – Creates charts, trends as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better understanding of analyzed data

Sub‑function: Data Reporting – Attend and participate in the regional forecast review with sales managers to discuss results of analysis (trends per customer and per product family, identify top drivers etc) Present sales forecast and gaps to the stakeholders (Marketing, Operation and Sales) gets their buy-in and commitment to any deliverable Conducts Pre SOP demand review meetings with sales team to discuss sales trend for production planning

Sub‑function: Inside Sales – Request for new customer, supplier account creation and item creation in Copeland system

Sub‑function: Expediting and Delivery Schedule – Check availability of items in the system for shipment and approval

Educational Background

Graduate of any 4year business course Graduate of any engineering discipline course will also be considered Graduate of BS Information Technology or Computer Science is a plus.

Work Experience or Training

At least two (2) years’ experience gained from supply chain, engineering and manufacturing related business, plant operations Eighteen (18) months to two (2) years related work experience in handling Copeland Products At least two (2) years’ experience in product analysis & planning systems in an industrial setting Background in offshore service operations is an advantage Business systems applications skills such Sigma, Oracle and Demantra Computer applications skills such as MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL.

Willing to work on shifting operations which may include weekends with scheduled days off, to support the assigned business and customers. Must be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands.
