Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Java developer to support enterprise application development for a financial services project.

You will design, develop, and maintain backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot, and build scalable frontend interfaces with Angular or React. The role involves containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and deploying on AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of working experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in REST API development and integration.
• Strong experience with React.
• Experience with Micro Frontends (MFE).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins and Git and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and enhance scalable Microservices-based applications and REST APIs.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular and React.
• Develop and support Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture where applicable.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend MicroServices and REST APIs.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and deployment.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Work with Kafka for event-driven integration and asynchronous communication.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS and Azure.
