Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team in the Philippines. The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong analysis and troubleshooting capabilities, and a solid background in full stack development and API integration.

The successful candidate will work across business domain processes, design, code, test, and document solutions, and may need to adjust to shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or related fields.
Other courses welcome with extensive related experience.
At least 5 years as a Java Developer with expertise in application analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience in business domain processes is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provides continuous service improvements to eliminate or prevent incidents and improve service quality for end customers.
Leads a project in defining tasks, deliverables, and schedules for the resources assigned to the project.
Communicates with end customers for support requirements.
Develops and builds systems on the Java platform using cutting-edge techniques and tools; strong design and coding skills.
Produce technical documentation during requirements and prototyping discussions.
