Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise Java and backend development.
• Proficient in Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, multithreading, and OOP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Lead strategic technical decisions for modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable frameworks across teams.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps and cloud-native practices for scalable apps.
• Identify architectural risks and mitigate for long-term platform stability.
