Job summary

TrustDecision is seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise-scale risk platforms for banking clients.

You will own the technical delivery outcome, covering solution design, integration architecture, implementation strategy, and production readiness, while guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years in enterprise software delivery or system integration.
• Proven experience delivering banking or financial systems (risk, fraud, payments, or core).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technical Delivery Ownership from design to go-live.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Lead integration with client systems and define data models and API contracts.
• Drive technical workshops, architecture reviews and design approvals.
• Manage expectations and resolve escalations with senior stakeholders.
• Establish delivery plans, milestones, and production readiness.
