Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks an IT, Risk and Compliance Senior Manager for Manila to own IT infrastructure, security, data privacy, and regulatory programs. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with potential team growth as scope expands, reporting to executive leadership and coordinating with auditors and regulators.

The role encompasses IT operations, cybersecurity controls, privacy obligations, PAGCOR/regulatory administration, and enterprise risk reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and/or security with exposure to compliance or regulatory work.
• SOC 2 Type II certification and hands-on experience with GDPR compliance frameworks.
• Experience in regulated industries (gaming, financial services, or BPO) with PAGCOR or other regulators is a strong plus.
• Comfortable operating as a solo individual contributor, with potential to grow into people leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact credibly with executives, auditors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, endpoints, IAM, and incident response for the Manila operation.
• Set priorities and service expectations across technology, IT support, networks, and infrastructure.
• Establish onboarding/offboarding, access administration, asset management, and cybersecurity controls.
