Job summary

PageUp is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (IT Delivery Lead) to own and manage the end-to-end delivery of internal IT infrastructure and security initiatives. You will drive enterprise security platforms to meet IRAP requirements and lead high-impact projects that automate workflows, reduce tech debt, and optimize systems globally.

You will oversee architecture design, vendor management, deployment, and runbooks, while partnering with Security teams to integrate requirements into IT roadmaps

Qualifications

• Senior technical expertise in modern cloud enterprise platforms, identity systems, and endpoint controls.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives autonomously from requirements to deployment.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks (ISM/IRAP) and audit evidence.
• Strong collaboration with security teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Structured change management and risk evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Security Program & Project Delivery: Leading delivery, vendor management, design, and rollout for IT security initiatives.
• Security Team Collaboration & Alignment: Primary operational contact for Security, aligning roadmaps and driving improvements.
• End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Researching market solutions, designing architectures, and managing procurements and rollouts.
• Validation, Governance & Lifecycle Support: Develop test cases, remediate gaps, and maintain audit-ready evidence.
• Automation & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline internal IT tasks.
